WaveTrackR is a job board management and job distribution tool design for recruiters and employers to help them to advertise their jobs on multiple job boards faster and more easily. It also allows candidates to apply for a job with our WaveTrackR application page. WaveTrackR is a product designed and developed by Wave Advertising Limited (registration number: 05395910), a company specialising in recruitment solutions including recruitment media buying, developing career websites and recruitment marketing.

Collecting personal data
We collect data that is gathered via browser cookies when a user visits the website or when data is entered by a user while submitting a form. This data is necessary in order to provide our business services.
When a user accesses the WaveTrackR website the user’s computer makes a connection with our server via a browser and the following data might be collected: IP address, geographical location, operating system, browser name, page viewed, time of access and duration of the visit. We might use this data for analytics and marketing purposes, for example to send online adverts.
When a user submits a form on our website, data such as name, surname and email address can be collected. This is necessary to provide a better service to our WaveTrackR clients.
Your data is also collected to make the recruitment process more efficient by helping job seekers and recruiters to connect.
By submitting data to us you give your consent that all personal data that you submit may be processed by us in the manner and for the purpose described in this policy.

We may also use Facebook, Linkedin and Google custom audience re-marketing services to show more relevant adverts to users who have shared their contact information with us.
To opt-out of the use of your personal data for re-marketing, you can update your Ad Preferences on Facebook account and change Ads Settings on your Google account.
Your right to personal data
You have the right to access your data. However, a written request is needed. Once we have enough information to ensure we can identify you, we will disclose to you all personal data we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any data that is inaccurate.
You have the right to data portability that will allow you to reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services. We provide the personal data in commonly machine-readable formats, i.e. SCV or Excel file. This information will be provided free of charge.
You have the right to erase your personal data only if the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed or if you withdraw your consent.
